More than two in five Australians, around 43.7 percent, live with a mental health condition at some point in life, and many also reach out for meaning, healing and a sense of direction rather than a diagnosis alone. National surveys tend to under-count very remote areas, and services across the Northern Territory are genuinely thin, so having grounded support you can reach from anywhere matters here.

Five-star Google reviews
One conversation in, most clients say they’ve finally been understood.
“I truly felt heard for the first time in all my life and deeply understood.”
“When I came to Christina I was drowning in darkness… now I’m finally thriving again.”
“Due to her mediumship I was able to see core issues that I wasn’t able to recognise before.”
In the long build-up and the wet, when the storms roll in and the days turn you inward, these questions often grow louder, and that is a good time to be met.
How Christina works
Christina works from a grounded base first, then gently weaves intuitive and spiritual insight into the room. Nothing is forced, nothing is performed, and you stay in the lead the whole way through. Here are the three strands she brings together.
Christina is a counsellor with training in psychology, social work and human services. Sessions begin with real emotional support, safety and steadiness, so you are never floating without a floor beneath you. She does not diagnose, prescribe or treat, and she is honest about what counselling can and cannot do.
Alongside her training, Christina has natural intuitive and psychic ability and more than twenty years of lived spiritual experience. She reads the feeling underneath your words and reflects what she senses gently, as an offering you can test against your own knowing. There are no predictions and no pressure, only honest listening.
When a spiritual thread is clearly part of your story, it is welcomed rather than sidestepped. Together you make sense of awakening, meaning and the deeper questions in a way that stays practical and liveable, so insight settles into your everyday life instead of leaving you unmoored.
Go deeper
If you are early in this and want to feel your way before you speak to anyone, the Soul Counselling blog explores intuition, empathy, awakening and the tender overlap between emotional pain and spiritual growth. It is written in the same grounded, unhurried voice you would meet in a session.

What this work can support
There is no single reason to come. These are some of the threads people in Darwin and across the Top End bring, and any of them is enough to begin.
A sudden or slow opening can feel exciting and destabilising at once. Christina helps you stay grounded while you make sense of what is stirring, so you can grow through it rather than brace against it.
If you feel everything deeply and absorb the moods around you, this is a place to understand your sensitivity as something real. Together you learn to hold your energy without shutting your heart down.
Being far from family in a transient city can make loss and change feel lonelier. Christina offers steady company through grief and the big turning points, honouring both the emotional and the spiritual weight of them.
Sometimes worry is also a soul asking to be heard. You can work with the anxiety in a practical way while gently exploring the meaning it may be pointing toward, without either being dismissed.

About Christina
Christina Feyes founded Soul Counselling in 2016. She is a counsellor with training in psychology, social work and human services, and she carries more than twenty years of intuitive and spiritual experience alongside natural intuitive and psychic ability. She works with people right across Australia, bringing science and spirit into the same conversation rather than choosing between them.
In practice this means solid clinical understanding sitting beside genuine intuitive insight. You get practical, down-to-earth support and room for the deeper spiritual layer of your life, held together with care. Christina is a counsellor, not a psychologist, and she does not diagnose, prescribe, treat or cure. She simply walks with you.
Common questions
If your question is not here, the free 15-minute assessment is the easiest way to ask it.
You can start without spending anything. The first step is a free 15-minute assessment with no card required and no obligation, so there is genuinely nothing to lose. It is a chance to talk, to feel whether Christina is the right person for you, and to ask anything you like before you decide. Cost is something you can discuss together only if and when you choose to continue.
It is grounded counselling first. Christina is a counsellor with training in psychology, social work and human services, and sessions are built on real emotional support and safety. Her intuitive and spiritual insight is woven in gently and only where it helps, never as performance or prediction. You are always in the lead, and you can keep the work as practical as you need it to be.
No. You are welcome exactly as you are, sceptical, curious, unsure or deeply spiritual. Many people come simply because they feel there is more going on than ordinary counselling has room for. Christina meets you where you stand and never asks you to adopt any belief. The intuitive layer is only ever an offering you are free to take or leave.
Ordinary counselling often has to leave the spiritual side of your experience at the door. Here it is welcomed. You still get grounded, professional support for what you are feeling, and you also get room to explore awakening, meaning and intuition without being explained away. It is counselling that holds both psychology and soul in the same conversation.
There is no clinic in Darwin. Soul Counselling’s only physical base is in Southport on the Gold Coast, and all support for Darwin and the Top End is offered online by video or by phone. This keeps things simple and private, and it means distance is never a barrier to being met with care.
Yes. Video and phone sessions are designed for exactly this, so people living well beyond the city and across remote parts of the Top End can take part from home. All you need is a phone or a device and a quiet spot. If your connection is limited, a phone session works just as warmly as video, and Christina will always work with whatever suits you best.
That deeper work is offered separately rather than within this grounded intuitive counselling. Christina does provide psychic and mediumship sessions, and channelling, as their own distinct offerings with their own pages. If that is what is calling you, mention it during your free assessment and she can point you to the right space for it.
Yes, deeply. The Northern Territory is home to living Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander spiritual traditions and connection to Country, and Christina does not claim to represent, teach or speak for them. Her work is offered respectfully alongside, never over, that. If you are looking for culturally safe, Aboriginal-led support, that exists too, including 13YARN on 13 92 76.
This service is not a crisis service and cannot offer emergency help. If you are in immediate danger or worried about your safety, please call 000. For support at any hour you can call Lifeline on 13 11 14, and for culturally safe support you can call 13YARN on 13 92 76. Please reach out to one of these first, and Christina will be glad to walk with you once you are safe.
If any of this speaks to you, start with a free 15-minute assessment. There is no card required, no obligation and nothing to lose. It is a gentle first conversation to feel whether this is the right fit before you go any further. Call 0479 144 561 or book online, from anywhere in the Top End.

Darwin is Australia’s most remote capital, a tropical city held between vast skies, the sea and an ancient landscape, and it can carry a genuinely spiritual, elemental feeling. Its population is multicultural, laid-back and often transient, with many people living far from eastern-states family and quietly searching for grounding. The long build-up and the wet season have a way of turning people inward, and there is a small but real wellness and yoga community here. This is also a place of deep and living Indigenous spiritual traditions and connection to Country, which Christina honours and never speaks over. Her work is offered respectfully alongside that, for anyone looking for grounded intuitive support.
Sessions are held online and by phone across Darwin and all of Australia, so this work fits quietly around your life. You can also explore all Darwin counselling services.
Grounded, not guesswork
Darwin has plenty of spiritual offerings, from yoga studios to healers and readers, and there is real value in them. Culturally safe, Aboriginal-led support also exists here, including 13YARN on 13 92 76, and Christina’s work sits respectfully alongside it rather than in place of it. What is rarer is intuitive work that is genuinely anchored in counselling training.
Christina holds both. More than twenty years of spiritual work and formal counselling training live in the same practitioner, so you are neither dismissed by purely clinical services nor left destabilised in ungrounded spiritual spaces. You get intuition that is honoured and a floor beneath your feet at the same time.
