Canberra Counselling Services

For people living and working across Canberra, Soul Counselling offers a steady, compassionate place to face anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship stress, spiritual growth and the big transitions that reshape a life. Every session is personalised to what you are actually carrying, not a script.

You work directly with Christina Feyes, a counsellor who blends grounded clinical support with a deeper intuitive and holistic approach to healing. Nothing here is rushed or one-size-fits-all.

Sessions run online by video or over the phone, so wherever you are in the ACT, from Civic and Belconnen to Gungahlin, Woden, Tuggeranong or the inner south around Kingston and Barton, support fits around a demanding schedule. There is no waiting room and no clinic to be seen walking into, just a private conversation that stays discreet.

Recent ABS research suggests roughly one in four people in the ACT, close to 25.5 percent, lived with a mental health condition over a twelve month period, so if things feel heavy in Canberra, you are far from the only one.
