Hobart Counselling Services

Soul Counselling offers grounded, compassionate support for people across Hobart who are living with anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship stress, spiritual growth or a season of change. Every conversation is personalised to what you are carrying, at the pace that feels right for you.

You work directly with Christina Feyes, a counsellor with training in psychology, social work and human services, online or by phone. Her approach blends practical clinical support with a deeper, intuitive kind of healing.

Whether you are in the CBD, Sandy Bay, Glenorchy, Kingston, the eastern shore around Clarence and Rosny, the Huon Valley or further out in regional Tasmania, sessions happen online and by phone across the state. There is no waiting room, no long drive in the cold and dark, and often no need to sit on a local waitlist, so help can reach you sooner and in the privacy of your own home.

Across Tasmania in 2020 to 2022, close to one in five people aged 16 to 85, around 19.8 percent, lived with a mental disorder in a single twelve-month period, so if you are struggling you are far from alone.
